In the same time the project aims (3) to raise awareness about the importance of an integrated approach: sport, being in nature and having a good nutrition, for healthy young hearts and living, with particular focus on (4) increasing the visibility of EU efforts to promote the benefits of physical activities in the European Week of Sport

The Acronym O SIGN stands for On: Sports In nature and Good Nutrition.

We consider that participating in sports, being active in a sustainable manner in nature and having an appropriate nutrition creates the encompassing circle of having Young Hearts that are not only physically healthy, but are also young in spirit, eager to be active and to enjoy diversity in people, regardless of age. In the same time, the green O symbol in orienteering is used for showing on maps a distinctive, remarkable tree. Thus, the green O SIGN, in the visual identity our project will have, incorporates the principle of preserving young hearts of all genders, ages and nationalities, by practicing sports, and having healthy nutrition, while taking care of environment through sustainable actions and staying connected with nature.
